Review

I am writing to say how satisfied I am with the way my repair situation has been handled by Fred Martin Nissan. On Sunday afternoon, I was able to conveniently drop my car off in the lot, fill out a quick explanation ticket, put the keys into a provided envelope and slip them into the drop box. I was promptly contacted at 8:00am the next day. I explained my issue to the service representative and by the afternoon I was contacted again. I was told which parts were in need of being replaced and that they would be over-nighted to Nissan so that they could complete the repairs as soon as possible. It was also explained to me that the parts were covered under my Security Plus Coverage so I did not have to worry about an expensive repair. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate my experience a 10. To anyone who wonders whether it's worth purchasing an extended warranty for their pre-owned vehicle, my response is a resounding yes. To the service counter and the mechanics, thank you for taking care of me and my car.
